  • Q. What should I do if my browser displays an error and I am unable to proceed to the grades screen?
  • A. Please use the following browser.

  • Q. How can I view grade report on smartphone?
  • A. For smartphones, iPhone and Android devices come standard with built-in PDF viewing software, so you can view them from your browser (no need to download Adobe Reader).

    Please login to this system and select "Grade Report [PDF]" to view the PDF file.
    If a "Pop-up window will open" is displayed before opening the PDF file, please select "Allow".

    <In case of Android (How to view PDF with "chrome")>
    Please login to this system and select "Grade Report [PDF]". (The PDF file will not open, but the download will be executed)
    Swipe the status bar on the screen to view the downloaded file.

    *Operation methods may differ depending on the smartphone you are using. For details, please contact your cell phone company.
  • Q. How can I view grade report on PC?
  • A. Please login to this system and select "Grade Report [PDF]". Please download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader to view PDF files.
  • Q. When I tried to view the page on PC, I got an error message "*Error occurred while processing the page. Invalid color space. is displayed.
  • A. Right-click on the PDF file you wish to view, save it, and then open the file.
Applicable Students
  • Q. Can I view the grades of a student who is currently taking a leave of absence?
    Can I view grades of graduate students?
  • A. Grades of enrolled undergraduate students (including students studying abroad) can be viewed. Grades for the following types of students cannot be viewed.
    ・Students taking a leave of absence
    ・Graduate students
    ・Students who have withdrawn from the university or were removed from the register by mid-March (fall semester) / mid-September (spring semester)
    ・Non-regular students (non-degree students, auditing students, etc.)
Posting Period
  • Q. When can I view grades?
  • A. Fall semester grades can be viewed from the end of March until the end of August. Spring semester grades can be viewed from the middle of October until the end of February.
    However, please note that grades for (1) students graduating in a given semester, or (2) students who withdraw from the university or are removed from the register at the end of a given semester can only be viewed for 1 month after being posted.
Login ID/Password Notification
  • Q. What should I do if I have not received a Login ID/Password Notification?
  • A.1 Notification will only be sent out if your student is a currently enrolled undergraduate student (includes students studying abroad).
    <The following types of students will not receive a Login ID/Password Notification.>
    ・Graduate students
    ・Students who have withdrawn from the university or were removed from the register by mid-March (fall semester) / mid-September (spring semester)
    ・Non-regular students (non-degree students, auditing students, etc.)
  • A.2 Contact the student and confirm that his or her parent/guardian information, including mailing address, is correct.
    Parent/Guardian information can be confirmed on CAMPUS WEB (student portal site).
    If a mistake is discovered, the student is able to contact the Manabi Station on his or her campus and notify them of necessary corrections.
  • A.3 Apply online to have a Login ID/Password Notification reissued (Click here).
    Reissued ID and Password will be sent to “the student’s Ritsumeikan email address”.
    Please understand that the Notification will not be sent to the parent/guardian.
  • Q. Can I check/update my mailing address?
  • A. Parent/Guardian information can be confirmed on CAMPUS WEB (student portal site).
    To update information, the student should contact the Manabi Station on his or her campus and notify them of necessary corrections.
  • Q. What should I do if the name (or parent/guardian) written on the Notification is incorrect?
  • A. Make corrections by having the student notify the Manabi Station on his or her campus.
  • Q. What should I do if the student underwent a transfer within the university which should have changed his/her student ID number, but the previous ID number is written on the Notification?
  • A. If the grades you are viewing are from before the transfer, please log in with the student ID number before the transfer. If the grades are from after the transfer, please use the student ID number after the transfer.
Password & Email Address
  • Q. How can I log in if I have forgotten my password?
  • A. Reset your password (Click here) and then enter the initial password provided on the Login ID/Password Notification.
    If you lost the Login ID/Password Notification, please apply online to have a Login ID/Password Notification reissued (Click here).
  • Q. How do I change my email address or password?
  • A. Please login to the system and change it on the next screen.
Displayed Grades
  • Q. Why do some courses the student has taken not appear in the grade report?
  • A. The following courses are not included in the grade report for each semester due to the credit approval period.
    ・Spring semester:Summer Intensive Courses, Summer+Spring Courses, Courses taken during study abroad
    ・Fall semester:Winter Intensive Courses, Fall+Winter Courses, Courses taken during study abroad
  • Q. Why do no grades appear for the current semester?
  • A. Please ask the student whether he/she had registered any courses or not.
