◇Your information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the contract regarding the handling of personal information agreed upon between the Ritsumeikan Trust and outsourcees and will be destroyed of in a responsible manner upon expiration of the Posting Period. Except as otherwise provided by law, information will not be made available to other third parties without your consent.
◇This service complies with applicable laws and regulations related to the handling of personal information and ensures that organizational and systematic measures have been taken to prevent problems such as the leakage or loss of personal information. Such measures are also continuously being improved upon.
